Terms for the Red Fam website, events, community forms, and merch order requests.
Events and RSVPs
Event details may change. An RSVP records your response but does not guarantee admission, transportation, pricing, or availability unless the team confirms it. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and attendance information. By submitting an RSVP after the email notice shown on the form, you agree to receive event-related and future Red Fam marketing emails, with an unsubscribe option in marketing messages.
Merch order requests
Submitting a merch order sends a request to the Red Fam team. It does not automatically accept the order, reserve inventory, or confirm payment. Products, sizes, colors, artwork, quantities, pricing, pickup arrangements, and availability may change until the team confirms the order.
Payments
This website does not process payments. Payment is completed separately through an enabled method shown at checkout or confirmation, such as Zelle, Venmo, or cash. An order submission does not mean payment has been received. The team may contact you to match, confirm, correct, refund, or discuss order and payment details.
Fulfillment and pickup
Merch timing is an estimate unless the team confirms otherwise. Customers are responsible for following pickup or delivery instructions agreed with the team. Contact Red Fam promptly if your order information is incorrect.
Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information, messages, artwork, and links you submit. By submitting content, you allow Red Fam to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate the requested activity, operate the website, or evaluate a sponsor inquiry.
Feedback and sponsor inquiries
Merch likes, unlikes, and other feedback are informational and do not create a promise to manufacture a design. Sponsor forms are inquiries only. Placement, pricing, term, artwork, and approval must be confirmed separately by the team.
External links
The site may link to sponsors, community organizations, payment services, social platforms, and other third parties. Red Fam does not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or transactions. Use external services subject to their own terms.
Content and intellectual property
Red Fam names, graphics, photographs, website design, and other materials may be owned by Red Fam, contributors, partners, or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially use them without permission except where law allows.
Disclaimer
The website and its information are provided as available for community use. To the extent permitted by law, Red Fam makes no warranty that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Red Fam and its team members will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, external links, event changes, or merch requests. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
